Instant Polenta

A cast range of flour for instant polenta which can be prepared immediately, because it has been pre-cooked. It is just necessary to add boiling water to the contents of the package and stir until it begins to boil. Preservative-free, with a low fat content, and steam-cooked to preserve its nutritional properties. Besides being an excellent accompaniment for young and aged cheeses, mushrooms and salami, Polenta Valpadana’s range of instant flours use traditional white and yellow Bramata Flour, as well as prepared version, flavoured with cheeses and porcini mushrooms for the homemade preparation of polenta.
